Adding Tasks
Tap the Super Button to add a task. Stuff automatically takes the context of your current view into account, such as the List you’re currently looking at, the Tags you have filtered, or the Task you have selected on Mac.
On Mac, Quick Add lets you create a Task from anywhere while Stuff is running. Its default shortcut is Control-Space, and you can customize or disable the shortcut in Settings. You can also paste text anywhere in Stuff or drag text in from another app to turn it into a Task.
Stuff offers other quick ways to capture what matters, including Siri, widgets, and the share sheet. On iOS 27 and later, you can ask Siri to create Tasks or Lists in Stuff using natural language.
If you paste Tasks formatted in Markdown into Add Tasks, Stuff can split them into separate Tasks and preserve supported status markers such as available - [ ], complete - [x], cancelled - [/], and in progress - [~].
