Quick Actions

Quick Actions can be used to search for any Task, Heading, List, Space, Tag, Repeating Tasks… or anything else. You can also search for different configurations of views, such as “Dependencies” or “Tags” to see your tasks in a new way. On iPhone and iPad, Quick Actions is accessed by pulling down from the top of any page in Stuff until the icon is completely blue. On Mac, open Quick Actions with the keyboard shortcut or the Search button in the toolbar.
Things to try in Quick Actions
- Search for a view in Settings, like Appearance or Sounds
- Search for the name of a List Template to quickly create it
- Start typing the name of a new task you want to create
