Trash Bin

The Trash Bin holds trashed Tasks, Lists, and Headings for 30 days before permanently deleting them. You can open it from the bottom of the Launchpad and restore something during that window if you change your mind.

Trashing a List also trashes its Headings and Tasks and stops any repeating Tasks inside it. Trashing a Space works differently: its Lists, Tasks, and other contents move back to the Launchpad instead of being trashed with the Space.

Use Empty Trash from the Trash Bin’s Action Menu when you want to permanently delete everything immediately. If something is merely in the way for now and you want to hide it for later, consider moving the List to the Archive instead of trashing it.
